Refund policy

At Lasjor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your item, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Certain types of items are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, personalized items, and final sale products.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
